A Place of Comfort

In collaboration with Morrison Community Hospital’s mission that calls us to always …”focus on personalized care”, we know that when hospice services are needed this is the first and foremost priority for the patient, and their families.

Since 1930, when Morrison Hospital began serving the community, we have cared for the whole person: physical, emotional and spiritual.

The Staff

The patient care staff at MCH exemplifies our mission of focusing on personalized compassionate care. Treating patients as family is a common day approach in our method of care.

The Hospice Room

Our recently renovated Hospice Room is a welcoming place of comfort for the patient and their family. The 360 ft. living space includes a comforting bed, couch, chair, kitchenette with dining table  appliances, and a flat screen television.  There are two large windows to allow for plenty of natural light and privacy blinds for when minimum light is desired. Patients and their families are encouraged to create their own home-like environment.
