The Four Seasons Living Center is connected directly to the hospital which creates a unique opportunity for residents to have immediate access to all hospital services. Also, we can offer 24/7 in-house physician availability. RN coverage is available onsite 24/7. Our staff to resident ratio is significantly higher than state standards, which allows us more time for personal one-on-one time with residents. We pride ourselves on being family oriented and our passionate staff is close and caring towards our residents and families. Also, because our facility is smaller sized we have great communication with families and a team environment.
What type of credentials do you or your staff have?
All our staff is certified and licensed health care providers. We have RN’s, LPN’s, CNA’s, a MDS Care Plan Coordinator, and an Activity Director. Staff members are currently training for wound care certification.
