As the holiday season arrives, it is difficult to not think about the ones that we love. The Morrison Community Hospital would like to encourage the community to reflect back on those that we have lost and the wonderful memories that we still have. “Please Remember Me” is the theme for the Eighteenth Annual Tree of Lights at MCH. The staff of MCH will be decorating a Christmas tree in the front lobby with lights, in the memory of loved ones. This Eighteenth Annual Tree of Lights is a joint effort between staff and members of the community, as we celebrate the Christmas season. The names of those remembered will be posted by the tree, and also published in the local newspaper. The tree will be lit on Thursday, December 10th at 2 P.M. To memorialize your loved one with a light, please fill out and return the form below with a $5 minimum donation to Morrison Community Hospital Foundation, ATTN: Chad Haskell, 303 N. Jackson Street, Morrison, IL 61270, before Friday, December 4th. Each year a need of the hospital is chosen to receive the gifts collected. This year, funds will be used to help purchase our new digital mammography unit. It is hoped that the community will stop by to participate in the lighting of the tree and receive a free angel ornament on December 10th at 2 P.M. The tree will stay lit through the duration of the holiday season. |
