MCH Welcomes New Director of HR

The MCH Administrative Team is proud to announce Lisa Blackburn has been named to the position of Director or Human Resources at Morrison Community Hospital.  Lisa brings more than 16 years of HR experience to MCH, 13 of which have been in the healthcare profession.  She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Monmouth College and her MBA from National Louis University.

As Director of HR, Lisa will assume responsibility for promoting career opportunities, employee orientation, managing employee benefits and oversight of policy adherence.  “I have enjoyed the warm community feeling of Morrison and the Hospital community.   I look forward to working with the employees and continuing with their efforts to make an impact on the areas MCH serves,” said Lisa Blackburn.  Lisa is also a member of the Rock River Human Resource Professional Association and the Society for Human Resource Management.  She has volunteered for various community groups including; United Way, Junior Achievement, and Granny Rose Animal Shelter.
